Your first kit ships the month after sign-up. We aim to ship the 4th of each month. Any delays are communicated via email.
All kits ship the same time to all subscribers, regardless of sign-up date. So, the wait time for your first kit will depend on when in the month you subscribe.

Month-to-month plans: renewals process each month on the 11th (not including sign-up month). Each renewal is for the next month's kit.

Pre-paid plans: renewals process on the 11th of the last month in your plan. For example, a pre-paid plan for May, June, and July's kits would renew on July 11th.

In case you are away from home, haven't been able to finish our last exclusive kit, or just not that intrigued in the upcoming kit, we offer you the option to gift that kit to another. This gift can be sent on the View your next order page. (shown below). can also choose to send an email confirmation to the gift recipient letting them know they are receiving a gift. After the order is created, the customer portal will display the gift as a one-time item and a new address will be created for the gift recipient.
To gift a skipped shipment on the customer portal:

A pop-up slider will display asking if you would like to gift the kit instead of skipping.

Then you would provide the recipients information while the original order on the customers address is skipped and selects Send gift.

Month-to-month plans: skip the next kit on or before the 10th of the month prior. For example: skip between April 11th and May 10th to skip June's kit. To skip, log-in to your portal here. Go to "Manage Subscription(s)". There, under "My Subscription(s)" click on your active plan. At the bottom there is an option to skip your next renewal. If you have yet to set a password for the portal, first request to do so here.

Pre-paid plans do not allow for skipping individual themes/months.
