Getting Started
1. Select a month-to-month or pre-paid plan.
For beginners: add-on a Starter Kit at checkout.
2. Your 1st kit ships the next month. In the meantime, shop ready to ship supplies.
3. Receive your tracking and do a happy dance.
4. Get crafty with your first kit. Watch the dedicated tutorial video or jump right in.
5. Share your creations or ask questions in our private Facbook group.
Renewals
Month-to-month: each month on the 11th (not including sign-up month)
Pre-paid: the 11th of the last month in your plan. For example, a pre-paid plan for May, June, and July's kits would renew on July 11th.
Skipping or cancelling
Month-to-month: skip the next kit on or before the 10th of the month prior. For example: skip between April 11th and May 10th to skip June's kit.
Pre-paid: push your next renewal out by skipping before your next charge.
Log-into your customer portal to view your next renewal date, skip, cancel, check your rewards points, and update your information.
Based on subscriber feedback over the years, 10 out of 12 kits per year are resin based. The other 2 kits will be based on popular, requested mediums from our community.
The theme and supplies for the next kit are always announced on the 1st of the month prior.
